Between guests, everything rides on a turnover you can’t see: often by a cleaner you’ve never met, in a property you’re nowhere near. A text saying “all done” isn’t proof the spa was checked or the bikes are back. the checks
The turnover checklist, made physical.
Up to eight QR checks live at the things that matter: on the BBQ, by the spa, in the carport where the bikes belong. A scan means that item was checked: timestamped, photo optional. Anything wrong gets flagged straight to you, before the guest finds it.

Know the moment it’s done.
When your cleaner arrives, you get an email: who, and the local time at the property. When they finish: “Maria finished at 2:14pm: 7 of 7 checks completed.” Prefer texts? Add SMS for $10 a month per 100 messages, across all your properties. If a cleaning company services your homes, the messages come to you either way.

Let guests tell you the small stuff.
A guest reporting QR (worded for guests, not workers) lets them flag maintenance, missing supplies, or just say the place was spotless. It’s clear about what it’s not: “for anything urgent, call your host on…”, printed on the sheet too. Need the sheet again, or want it somewhere else? It emails to you as a PDF any time.
