Occupant reporting

For the people who live, work and visit here - and the managers who look after them.

What it feels like for the people in the building.

Most people never meet the person who keeps their building running. Occupant reporting is the one easy moment they do - see something, say something, and know it was heard.

See something

A light out, a spill, a bin overflowing. Scan the sticker and say what you see - no app to download, no account, no form to hunt for.

Be heard

The report goes straight to the person who can fix it, tagged to the exact spot. It is not a message into a void.

See it done

The same record that carried the report shows the fix, so the people who use the building know it actually happened.

2:55 pm

Resolved

Not a ticket closed. A person, provably there, 27 minutes later.

how it works

Scan. Respond. Learn.

1

Scan

A small sticker in a bathroom, lobby or shared area. Anyone can scan it to report an issue, or say thanks. No app, no account, no typing an address: the location is on the sticker.

2

Respond

The report lands with the right person immediately, tagged to the exact spot. Every report is timestamped and tracked from received to resolved.

3

Learn

Over time, the reports become data: which areas, which hours, which days. Service where and when the building actually needs it.

Why buildings love it.

Fix things faster

Issues reach the manager in seconds, not at the next inspection or the next AGM.

Prove the response

The same system that records the report verifies the fix. Reporting bolted onto a separate system can tell you a ticket was closed. Because the same system that receives the report verifies presence, enwitness can show a person provably attended - and when.

See the patterns

Reporting data shows where issues cluster, which is the honest basis for adjusting schedules and contracts.

Positive by design.

Occupant reporting includes “say thanks” - occupants can send appreciation as easily as issues, and it lands with the person who did the work, not just the company.

You’re in control.

Occupant reporting is off by default and switched on per building. Reports are anonymous, rate-limited and categorised; it is a feedback channel, not a complaints wall. Signage carries a clear note that reporting is not continuously monitored - emergencies call 000.

Getting it.

  • Every reporting point is backed by a beacon, so accountability claims sit on verified presence. Starter includes a lobby reporting point; Professional includes one reporting point per beacon.
  • Signage: reporting sticker pack $39 for 10, acrylic sign pack $79 for 10, arriving pre-serialised - stick, scan once to name the location, live.
