You pay the invoices. Now see the visits.

Cleaning, security and maintenance happen after hours and out of sight. enwitness gives your building an independent record of every service visit - who a contractor sent, when they arrived, how long they stayed - without GPS and without taking anyone’s word for it.

Your building, every contractor, one history.

One view across the cleaner, the guards and the maintenance crew - even when they’re three different companies. The questions that come up at every OC meeting get answered from the record, either way.

Going to tender

Compare bids against a real service history - and write measurable attendance into the next contract, verified from day one.

Before the AGM

Walk in with the record: visits made, issues closed, gaps flagged. The questions that come up every year get answered - either way.

After a dispute

“The gardener never comes” meets the record of forty-seven visits. The conversation is short, whichever way it points.

Starting a new contract

Baseline from the first shift. Both sides know what good looks like before anyone can argue about it.

The AGM answer, on one page.

Visits made, issues raised and closed, gaps flagged - the year’s service picture in minutes, not a debate. Export it for the committee pack or bring the live view to the meeting. The questions that come up every year stop being questions.

What does it cost the OC?

One plan per building, from $99 a month, with your whole team - no per-person fees, ever. Month to month, no lock-in. The trial kit is $25 once, self-installed in minutes, if you want to see it work before committing anything.

Do our contractors have to agree?

Workers install an app on their own phones; the beacons record nothing and cost contractors nothing. Honest operators tend to say yes quickly - the record protects them from unfair complaints as much as it protects you. A contractor who refuses independent verification is itself information.

Who can see the data?

The building sees its building. Contractors see their own teams. Workers see themselves. Nobody sees location off-shift, because nothing is recorded off-shift - and access to the record is itself logged.

What if the record shows the work is not happening?

Then you know - and you can fix it with evidence instead of suspicion. Raise it with the contractor, adjust the contract, or take the record to tender. That’s a better position than paying invoices on faith.

Live in a day. Decided by the committee once.

Beacons arrive pre-configured: scan, stick, done. No wiring, no IT project, nothing for the strata manager to maintain. Start with the trial kit or a single-building plan; the record starts building from the first shift.

occupant reporting

Residents report. The fix is on the record.

Reporting stickers in lobbies, bathrooms and shared areas let residents and tenants scan to flag an issue - or say thanks - with the exact location attached. Every report is timestamped and tracked from received to resolved, so response time is a number you can bring to the AGM, not a claim. Occupant reporting is off by default and switched on per building.

Common questions

How do I know the cleaning I pay for actually happens?
That is the exact problem enwitness exists to solve. Work in your building is invisible: invoices arrive, but nobody can prove anyone showed up. With beacons at the checkpoints that matter, every service visit is verified at the time it happens, and you see the record - not a promise, not a sample inspection, the record.
What does this give me at the AGM or committee meeting?
A one-page answer to the oldest question in the room: are we getting what we pay for? Service reports export cleanly for committee packs, showing verified attendance against the contracted schedule. Discussions about the cleaning contract move from anecdotes to evidence.
Is this expensive for a single building?
A building starts at $99 a month with 10 beacons included, and there are no per-worker fees - the whole crew is covered. Against a typical annual cleaning contract, it is a rounding error that verifies the entire spend.
We use a building management company. Who runs this - them or us?
Either works. Many owners ask their managing agent to run it day to day while the committee sees the reports. The important part: the building’s records belong with the building. If you change managing agents or contractors, the history stays.
What happens when we change contractors?
Nothing is lost. Beacons belong to the building, so a new contractor connects to the existing checkpoints and the record continues without re-installation. The outgoing contractor loses access; your history stays intact.
Can we require this in our next cleaning tender?
Yes, and it is a strong move: one line in the specification means every bidder prices against the same verified-attendance standard, and you compare like with like. Ask us for suggested wording.
Can we try it before committing?
Yes - the trial kit is $25, posted out with two beacons and four QR checkpoints, and there is no monthly fee. Run it in your building for as long as you like, and if you move to a plan, the $25 comes off your first bill.
What is involved in getting set up?
An afternoon, not a project. Everything arrives in one box - beacons, signage and a placement guide - and the app’s calibration wizard walks whoever is installing through each checkpoint. Nothing is wired into the building, no technician visits, and nothing existing is touched.
Can residents and tenants report issues?
Yes - this is one of the favourite features. Reporting stickers in lobbies, bathrooms and shared areas let anyone scan and report an issue, or say thanks, in seconds. Reports land with the manager with the exact location attached, every report is timestamped, and the whole loop - reported, acknowledged, fixed - is on the record. Occupant reporting is off by default and switched on per building when you are ready.
Is this surveillance of the workers? We do not want that reputation.
No. enwitness is a witness, not a tracker: no GPS, no continuous monitoring, nothing recorded outside a work session. Workers see their own records, and the same evidence that protects your building protects them when someone claims a job was not done.

See your building the way it should be seen.
